Tell us about your business

Wrendale Designs are an award-winning publisher of greeting cards, stationery and giftware featuring the characterful watercolour artwork of artist Hannah Dale. Tell us about the products you have entered

Our puzzles are available in six fabulous designs and make a great gift for any lover of wildlife or collector of Wrendale. They come packaged plastic free in a beautifully illustrated box. Sustainably sourced from responsibly managed forests, each puzzle piece is extra thick and has a premium textured finish. With 1000 pieces and over 100 illustrations, a Wrendale puzzle provides hours of fun for any family. Piece together to reveal a verse inspired by the natural world printed around the edge of the puzzle for an extra special touch.

Our paint-by-number kits allow you to create your own masterpiece based on Hannah’s best-loved designs. Complete with 18 acrylic paint and paintbrushes in 2 sizes with silver foiled branding. Perfect for anyone who likes to paint, once finished, the paint-by-numbers canvas artboard can be framed and will make a statement in any home. The paint-by-number kits are sustainably sourced from responsibly managed forests and come in beautifully illustrated plastic-free packaging, perfect for any lover of art or wildlife.

We really wanted to incorporate our love of nature and the environment into a gorgeous gift that could be enjoyed by many, from wildlife lovers to green-fingered friends and more. Our range of beautifully illustrated eco-friendly seed cards contains a mix of wildflower seeds, perfect for attracting wildlife into your garden. Each seed card is printed on a sustainably sourced textured board and is wrapped in biodegradable cello.

Why did you choose to enter the GOTY competition? have you entered in the past and has it helped your brand grow?

Every year we love to enter the Gift of the Year awards. We are proud to say we have previously had products shortlisted in a number of categories and have been awarded a Gift of the Year for our letter-writing sets.

As a brand, we take so much pride in making sure we develop our products to the highest standard, so it’s a really amazing feeling for everyone here at Wrendale when this is recognised. All of our awards are displayed at Wrendale HQ so everyone shares our achievements.

What other products will you be bringing to market in 2023

In 2023 we’re so excited to share our biggest and most exciting collection yet. To celebrate our 10 year anniversary, we are adding a limited edition plush to our plush character collection.

2023 will also see the launch of our new baby range, Little Wren. The collection features brand-new artwork of baby animals and all the products are of the highest quality. We are also proud to announce our partnership with Eden Reforestation Projects so we can plant a tree for every baby grow sold to celebrate the new birth.
Following the success of our recent craft collection, we are thrilled to launch our beautiful paint by numbers. The detailed nature of Hannah’s artwork made it a huge challenge to translate into a limited number of paint colours but team have done a wonderful job in creating a product that allows anyone to create their own Wrendale masterpiece.

We have more gorgeous greeting cards (our collection is ever-growing) and colourful new additions to our other best-selling collections.
