The Carat Shop have over 10 years of experience designing and manufacturing officially licensed Harry Potter Jewellery and Accessories, among other licenses. Our product ranges have continued to grow over the years, starting from novelty and premium jewellery pieces including necklaces, charms, bracelets, and earrings, to gifts like hair accessories, bookmarks, pens, pencils, and keyrings.

Christmas gifting has become a staple in The Carat Shop’s product launches year on year, and 2022 was no different. Our Harry Potter Jewellery and Accessories Advent Calendar has been the most anticipated product each year for the run-up to Christmas. Each year brings a different design, each more magical than its predecessor. Our 2022 Tin Advent Calendar brings the magic of Harry Potter to a keepsake gift tin, containing 24 individually designed internal boxes, with an Official Jewellery or accessory gift inside.
Why did you choose to enter the GOTY competition? have you entered in the past and has it helped your brand grow?
We enter the Gift of the Year competition every year in the hope of recognition for the new and innovative products we continue to launch. We understand the positive impact and influence a Gift of the Year Award has on buyers' decision-making when stocking a new product and, one day hope to win. We have been shortlisted a number of times which has in turn created a buzz around certain lines.
What other products will you be bringing to market in 2023
We have a new collection of baubles and other Christmas items for 2023, including tree decorations and crackers for Harry Potter. We continue to expand our watch range with new Hogwarts House group, as well as Time Turner and Golden Snitch designs. Our most exciting launch of 2023 will be our new advent calendar, featuring a potions trunk design, with multiple elements to explore and unlock in the 24 days leading to Christmas. We are optimistic this will be an award-winning piece for 2023.
