Tell us about your business Rebecca Soar studied at Norwich University College of the Arts and gained a BA (Hons) In Surface Design. The business grew during lockdown with a passion for being creative and making patterns for products and gift wear.

My driving force is to create patterns with unique materials: SXFC paints, powders, marbling paper, glow in the dark and fluorescent paints. My focus is creating stencil templates by cutting paper by hand, in a range of sizes from A5-A1 and manipulates these shapes to create floral or animal silhouettes.

Further developing these shapes into a final pattern, merging the two styles together to create the final designs.
Tell us about the products you have entered The products I have entered are bold and bright surface pattern designs on bone china coffee cup sets.

Why did you choose to enter the GOTY competition? have you entered in the past and has it helped your brand grow?

I have met people who have won awards and I have always wanted to enter. It was a goal of mine and once I have created enough products to be able to enter.
