Coastal Blankets

Consciously crafted in the UK using Italian soft recycled cotton yarns, each blanket celebrates luxurious coastal living. Warm, super-soft and cosy, they are perfect for layering up your soft furnishings, or as a generous gift.

The inspiration for the three designs in our debut collection comes from the sights and sounds of the British coastline. "Gliding" is the most abstract of the three; an aerial view of contour lines in the sand with our bird serenely gliding overhead. Seal Love is inspired by these majestic creatures found at Blakeney Point in Norfolk, and all around the British Isles. Lino Boats is a reimagination of our classic Sailboats art in a linocut-style design.

By producing these in the UK, we are supporting British manufacturing, and reducing the carbon footprint of the supply chain.

Also, using recycled cotton yarns breathes fresh life into textile waste. To make the yarns, fibres are reclaimed from pre-dyed cotton scraps sorted into colour, so these yarns do not need to be redyed. This process saves water, energy and reduces the use of chemical products, which has enormous benefits for the environment. The Italian recycler has GOTS, OEKO-TEX, and GRS accreditations.
