OatSoak

OatSoak was created by co-founders Lucy and Katie out of a very personal need. Katie’s son, Arthur, struggled terribly with eczema, experiencing constant discomfort and itching. Desperate to help him, we began experimenting with natural, gentle ingredients and created our first version of OatSoak. The difference it made to Arthur’s skin was remarkable, his skin appeared calmer, soothed, and far less irritated, and for the first time he was able to enjoy bath time without the discomfort.

We began making OatSoak for friends and family dealing with eczema, psoriasis, and sensitive skin, and word spread quickly. What started as a small act of care soon grew into a business powered by genuine need and authentic results shared by our early customers.

We started selling OatSoak on Amazon, it quickly became a best seller in it's category, despite the terrible packaging as we had no money to begin with, but people loved the contents! OatSoaks Amazon listing now sits with nearly 1000 reviews and a 4.6 stars!!
In 2024, OatSoak was stocked in just 24 stores. By the end of 2025, it is now available in hundreds of UK pharmacies and health stores, a huge milestone for a product that started at the kitchen table. This year has been especially incredible, with OatSoak launching online with major retailers such as Debenhams and JustMyLook and distributers such as Suma and CLF. In October 2025, we took our first step into international expansion when OatSoak launched with its first USA distributor, Palko.


Our skincare range contains no preservatives, fragrances, or unnecessary additives, just honest, gentle formulations designed for skin that is prone to eczema, psoriasis, and irritation. We are deeply passionate about creating products that people can trust, especially families who are searching for something natural, soothing, and effective for sensitive skin.

What began as a mother’s mission to bring relief to her child has grown into a brand dedicated to helping thousands of people feel comfortable in their own skin.
