Our handmade cotton microwaveable Neck and Shoulder Soothing Wraps can be placed around the neck and shoulders for a natural way to soothe aches & pains. Comforting, warming and relaxing they make the perfect gift.

Filled with 100% cleaned British wheat.

Simply place the whole Wrap in a clean microwave with a rotary turntable for 2 1/2 - 3 minutes at 500- 1000 watts.

They are also perfect for using as a cool pack, place in the freezer for up to 1 hour to relieve pain.
