Dale's Handmade Non-gluten Baking Bottles

Every bottle is crafted by hand in our development kitchen until the recipe is just
right and everyone can achieve professional quality bakes in their own home, even without gluten.
Each bottle is carefully packed by hand in Coventry to make sure that each one has define layers of flour, sugar & chocolate/flavouring.

We make our non-gluten baking bottles super easy to use and we hope that people can bake at home without the stress of needing all the ingredients in the cupboard or have to go out and buy them. Our bottles only need the addition of butter & eggs, we couldn't make it any simpler without baking the treats ourselves. Or our non-gluten & dairy cookie baking bottle only needs the addition of oil & water, no use of any complicated or obscure ingredients.

When designing our non-gluten bottles we wanted to offer a high-quality product which could match the normal baking bottles that we already sold. So, we sourced local gluten free oat flour from Cambridgeshire, British sugar to support British farming and be as sustainable as possible. Then we found fairtrade chocolate and packed in as much as we possibly could.

Since the launch of our non-gluten bottles we have expanded the range to offer 4 differnt flavours of cookies including milk chocolate, triple chocolate, millionaires & even a non-gluten & dairy double chocolate cookie so that everyone can enjoy the fun of baking at home and not have to miss out of the best part of eating the cookies too.
